Public Policy

While studying public policy and public administration, I developed an interest in two theories: punctuated equilibrium theory (PET) developed by Baumgartner and Jones and multiple streams approach (MSA) developed by Kingdon.

In fulfilling my Master of Arts in public policy and administration from Northwestern, my thesis utilized punctuated equilibrium theory to explain changes in U.S. foreign policy.
